Preparation

Be sure to rotate your stock.Use the oldest code first.Place product spaced evenly on a sheet pan.

Baking

1. Pre- set the oven temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Bake roll for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Bake breads for approximetly 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Bagging & Cooling

Be sure to allow the breads and rolls to cool before bagging or placing in the display units for sale.

This will keep the display units from fogging and keep the breads from forming moisture inside the bags.

Tips

1. Rotate stock
2. Use oldest dated product
3. Lay in pan properly
4. Bake at recommended temperature and length
5. Allow bread to cool
6. Display properly
